Shipping

Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to UPS guidelines.

Gaming Machines will ship by Federal Express fright.

Hawaii and Alaska orders:
Customers ordering from these locations must call for shipping and handling charges.
International Orders:

International shipping is not available at this time.

Product Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from J-R Amusement. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. When making a return, insure the item for it's purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges; if the return is due to a defective item or a packing error made by J-R Amusement, we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item.

Except when noted, J-R Amusement will accept products for return or exchange under the following conditions:

* All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by J-R Amusement before shipping any product to our offices. To receive a return authorization number, please call J-R Amusement.

* Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.

* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not damaged items for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned at customer's expense.

Please check with your local and state government on the legality of games in your area before you purchase. It is not our intent for the sale of our games to be used in gaming or as a gambling device in any way shape or form. All games sold by J-R Amusement are STRICTLY FOR AMUSEMENT ONLY. All sales are final.
